Policies

BOOKING FEE:

A NON-REFUNDABLE 50% deposit is required to reserve all permanent makeup appointments. This fee is applied toward your service total. For all other services, a valid credit card on file is required at the time of booking.

PAYMENT:

Your remaining balance will be due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, credit, or payment through Cherry payment plans.

All Cherry transactions will incur a $25 processing fee.

RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATIONS:

24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or reschedules.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged a $50 late cancellation fee(non- permanent makeup services)

Permanent Makeup appointments: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the $150 deposit. If a deposit was not collected at the time of booking, a $150 cancellation fee will be applied.

For services under $50, a $15 fee will apply for last minute cancellations.

NO SHOWS:

If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of the service booked.

PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME:

Please be courteous of others and be on time for your scheduled appointment. We understand unforeseen circumstances can happen. We extend a 15 minute grace period to allow for any issues that may arise. Please take into account traffic, weather, and parking conditions. While we have 2 large municipal parking lots nearby as well as street parking, sometimes finding a spot can be tricky midday. If you are running late, please call or text us to let us know. If our schedule allows, we will try to accommodate you if you are later than 15 minutes. If not, then we will have to reschedule your appointment.

PHOTOS & VIDEOS:

Photos/Videos will be taken before and after as required by our insurance, and may be posted on our social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Website, Google, etc. for marketing/advertising purposes.

NO GUESTS:

Our insurance company does not permit children, pets, or additional guests to accompany you to your appointment due to hazardous materials and cross contamination. Please make arrangements prior to your appointment.

NO REFUNDS:

No refunds will be issued for any services, deposits, cancellation fees, or products. All sales are final.

TOUCH UPS:

All Permanent Makeup services are a TWO STEP process. A 5 week touch up(perfecting session) is not required, but highly recommended. All touch up appointments require an additional fee unless otherwise stated at your initial appointment. Results are unpredictable after the initial appointment. Brows can change in shade and size, and the color is expected to fade. If a touch up session is booked past 8 weeks, the price will be higher than the 5 week touch up price.

YOU MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO BE TATTOOED IN NEW YORK STATE - ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS!!
